Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

1. Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent to:

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Refunds

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods were delivered incorrectly or defective.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right

Other exceptions as permitted under applicable EU law
